About Us
With a combined experience of over 30 years working in schools, our team brings a deep understanding of the real-world needs of educators, students, and school systems. We understand the challenges schools face-including limited budgets, diverse learning needs, and high expectations-and we tailor our support to be both effective and practical. Our mission is to partner with schools to recruit high-quality candidates at budget-friendly costs, ensuring transparency without any hidden fees or long-term commitments. We also strive to build and maintain supportive relationships with specialists and teachers to enable them to feel supported and empowered in order to increase student success rates and job satisfaction.

Our Story
Jessica and Melissa began working together several years ago, providing remote psychoeducational evaluations for high-needs students in a Delaware school district. Since then, they have expanded their work nationwide, supporting schools in North Carolina, Nebraska, Colorado, and Idaho through remote services. Through this experience, they have developed a comprehensive, efficient process for navigating special education laws, onboarding with districts, building collaborative relationships with school staff and families, and coordinating high-quality services and evaluations.
Driven by a passion for strengthening school systems, they now share this proven approach by mentoring clinicians and educators across the United States. In addition, they have created a cost-effective, budget-conscious recruitment model that eliminates the need for long-term third-party contracting agencies. This approach allows schools to hire or contract directly with qualified professionals—reducing costs for districts while enabling clinicians to earn competitive salaries.
